What a beautiful place to stay.
Christel and her Reception staff were very attentive and welcoming and did everything they could to make my group’s stay pleasant.
Franky and his bar staff were very polite and knowledgeable on the many superb and varied wines and spirits on offer.
Lois and Paolo were superb sommeliers at dinner time and all the waiting staff were trained to a high standard of excellent customer service.
The Indoor pool, steam , sauna and jacuzzi were a welcome respite from the heat outdoors and never too busy. I felt very relaxed in this space. I didn’t sample the treatments but heard only glowing reports.
The bedrooms though all different were very comfortable. With temperatures set to rise globally I think investment in air conditioning would be an asset.
The buffet breakfast was plentiful and varied and we did sample some of the set evening meals. Although these weren’t to everyone’s taste I feel that the quality and presentation were certainly well above average. Christel did advise me that the chefs would be happy to add supplementary items to the dishes if required.
I look forward to staying here again in the future.
We stayed from the 22nd to the 26th of January with our dog. It was a fantastic experience. The food was wonderful, room was beautiful, and all of the staff went above and beyond to make the stay special (including remembering our dog’s name!). I’m vegetarian and was very well catered for. Breakfast was great. Special shout-out to the bartender who’s name i unfortunately can’t remember, he was really lovely and the daily cocktails were all amazing. Thanks for a wonderful Christmas!!
